Thanks to AFAD and OCHA for this wonderful event. During two days topics related to humanitarian principles, humanitarian actors, roles of OCHA, AFAD and Turkish Red Crescent, importance of the civil military coordination mechanisms, humanitarian response plan, access issues and future of Syria Cross-Border Humanitarian Fund were introduced in details to Turkish NGOs.
